Arc Welders does not actively pursue sales of new welding machines; instead Arc Welders offers options to lease welding equipment for a contracted period of time. Our leasing contracts offer many advantages to manufacturers who have high output requirements. Contact Arc Welders for leasing terms. The following list is a small sample of available machines for lease.

Miller

CP-302

Output Range: NA - 390 Amps

Power Requirements: Requires 3-Phase Power

Miller

Millermatic 251

Output Range: 30 - 300 Amps

Power Requirements: Requires 1 phase power

Weight: 215 lbs

Description: Miller's patent-pending Active Arc Stabilizer™ provides excellent starts proven superior to the competition! Adjustable run-in control is individually settable for both MIG and spool guns. Set at the front panel, this easily accessible feature allows the user to optimize starts to their application. Self-calibrating digital meters allow presetting of voltage and wire feed speed. With spool gun, wire speed meter displays setting - a feature not available on competitive units. Easy-to-use Digital Operator Interface and attached parameter chart makes it simple to set weld parameters. Add the optional Spoolmatic™ 15A 0r 30A spool gun for aluminum welding. No extra module to buy or install. And with Miller's exclusive Gun-On-Demand™,simply pull the trigger for either gun and your ready to weld. No wasted time installing modules and using toggle switches. Convenient built-in gun and cable holder and consumable compartment. Exlusive internal timers: *1 Second Tip Saver - Arc shuts off if tip is shorted to work surface for more than 1 second. *3 Second Gas Saver - Gas is shut off if arc is not detected 3 seconds after trigger is pressed. *2 Minute Wire Saver - Wire drive is shut off if arc is not detected 2 minutes after trigger is pressed. Industrial, dual-gear-driven, aluminum drive system features no-tool, quick-change reversible drive rolls and an easy-to-set, scaled tension knob. Line voltage compensation keeps welding parameters constant even when input voltages change ?10%. Eliminates the need to change welding parameters throughout the day. Fan-On-Demand™ cooling system only operates when needed reducing power consumption. M-25 MIG Gun features durable one-piece handle, unicable outer jacket, trigger rated for one million cycles, and steel spring coils protecting cable ends.

Miller

Millermatic 175

Output Range: 30 - 175 Amps

Power Requirements: 230 V, 19.5 A, 60 Hz

Weight: 73 lbs

Description: Infinite voltage control with wire feed speed tracking provides broader operating range with finer control by automatically increasing or decreasing wire feed speed when voltage is adjusted. Durable cast aluminum feedhead incorporates dual groove quick-change drive roll and calibrated, spring-loaded tension arm designed to make setup easier and faster. Easy access to output studs provides convenient polarity changeover when switching from solid or flux cored wires. "Tip Saver" short circuit protection shuts down output when tip is shorted to the work. Extends contact tip life and protects internal components from damage. Trigger reset permits quick reset at torch rather than unit. Built-in solid-state contactor circuit makes wire electrically "cold" until trigger is pulled. Makes unit safer, and is easier to position torch to work before starting weld. Thermal overload protection shuts down the unit and activates over temperature light if airflow is blocked or duty cycle is exceeded. Automatically resets when fault is corrected and unit cools.
